What do I need to get started?
- Download the ZOOM (Zoom Cloud Meeting) app on your iPhone/iPad, Android device or computer.
- When you’ve subscribed to a class, you’ll recieve an email confirmation. You can access the class by clicking on it in the online schedule. A pop-up will appear where you can ‘Join Livestream’.
You can choose to already keep your audio and video off from the start or keep on. After we get settled in, the teacher will put everyone on mute so the noise in your space will not be heard. If you ever need anything during class, you can simply type in the chat box or unmute yourself.
It’s that simple!

Do I need prior experience?
No, all levels are welcome. You will have the opportunity to deepen your practice and learn new postures regardless of where you’re at in your yoga journey.
You will however find some classes more challenging than others. The most important in every class is to listen to your body and needs. It isn’t a competition and there is nothing wrong with slowing down when you need to. You can even stay in child’s pose the enture class and there is absolutely no judgement!
What should I prepare?
This is your sacred time for you. While the minumum needed is a mat (or towel if you don’t have access to one), we recommend to create a more supported environment with the following:
- a comfortable space where you will not be distracted
- yoga mat, towel, and any other props that you find useful (blanket, blocks, strap, etc)
- speaker or device to play music
- light a candle, put a few drops of essential oil on the wrists & neck, or anything that helps you to feel at ease
Where can I find class playlists?
Some classes will play music however most do not. But we’ve you covered & prepared special playlists for you to use at your own preference. You can simply play this from a speaker at home during the class.

How to use ZOOM
Below are some basic tutorials on how to use Zoom.
Spotlight the Teacher
This feature allows you to make the teacher the main screen and mutes all other attendees of the class.
This allows you to see everyone in class on one screen or switch to viewing only one person at a time.
Make the teacher your full screen
When in Full Screen mode instead of Gallery View (where you can see everyone in class in equal size), you can minimize the top bar of all attendees by clicking the minus sign and keep the teacher as your full screen.
This feature allows you to pin the teacher as the main screen and not changed regardless of who is speaking.
Can I airplay or screen mirror the zoom app live to a smart TV?
Who should I contact if I need support?
