WHY
Too often, I’m hearing from women that they feel stuck in fear, doubt, overwhlem and anxiety. They know they’re here for more. There’s something sitting inside of them just waiting to be unleashed. They take care of everything else but when it comes to themselves, there’s a lot of unknown.
I know what it feels like to live this place. And I also know what it feels to live out of it. The latter wins.
This Retreat is created with intention. Combining movement, stillness, listening in, and getting to our core are all elements infused in. All in a supported space around other women who are ready to choose themselves.
I believe regardless of the past, you have the power to create the life you want. I believe we are here to live in our authentic power. And I believe the more you allign to your inner truth, the more everything on the outside flows. My mission is to guide you there.
